Why order through SEWP VI
SEWP VI is NASA’s Government-Wide Acquisition Contract for IT, open to all federal agencies (including DoD) and their authorized support contractors. The ordering period runs November 1, 2026 through October 31, 2036. The handling fee is 0.34%, among the lowest of any GWAC, and it is already built into every quoted price. Products not yet on contract are added through Technology Refresh, often within one business day.
Task orders support firm fixed price, time-and-material, labor-hour, and hybrid contract types. Category A covers commercial IT products (hardware, software, cloud) plus the installation, integration, maintenance, and training that make them work.

Payment & credit cards
Tailwind accepts purchase orders and government purchase cards. All orders route through the SEWP Program Office so they are recorded against the contract.

Use the Quote Request Tool (QRT) at sewp.nasa.gov : select Category A, include the Small Business / WOSB group or name Tailwind Resource Group directly, attach specs, and set your close time. Warranty policy
Tailwind Resource Group provides manufacturer-authorized products and software. Warranty coverage is provided in accordance with the manufacturer’s standard warranty unless otherwise specified on the quotation or purchase order. Optional extended warranties, premium support, and maintenance agreements are available for many products and should be requested at the time of quotation.
Order issue resolution
Tailwind Resource Group is committed to resolving order-related issues promptly and professionally. Customers should report any order discrepancies as soon as they are identified. Tailwind will coordinate directly with the customer, distributor, manufacturer, and shipping carrier, as applicable, to resolve the issue.
