Kunai — Quick Search for VirtualDojo: Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Kunai browser extension only. For the policy covering the tailwindrg.com website, see our website privacy policy.

Kunai browser extension

Kunai — Quick Search for VirtualDojo is a Chrome extension Tailwind Resource Group provides to its staff. It helps signed-in VirtualDojo users find opportunity records by reference number.

What it handles. When the VirtualDojo web page calls its own API, Kunai reads two values from those requests: the user's access token and tenant ID. It uses them to search VirtualDojo with the access the user already has. It also handles the reference number the user types and the search results VirtualDojo returns (opportunity names, IDs, account names, stages, close dates, and reference numbers).

How it is used. Kunai sends searches only to VirtualDojo (app.virtualdojo.com). It keeps the token, tenant ID, and results in the browser tab's memory only. It clears them when the user signs out, the session ends, the tenant or user changes, or the page is closed or reloaded. Kunai saves nothing to disk, extension storage, or cookies. It has no server of its own and no analytics or tracking. Tailwind Resource Group does not receive users' tokens, searches, or results. Kunai reads records and never changes them.

Sharing. Kunai does not sell, transfer, or share user data. The only party that receives searches is VirtualDojo, which already holds that data under its own terms.

Permissions. Kunai requests no Chrome permissions. It runs only on https://app.virtualdojo.com/*.
